    1.    Digital Products

    •    All photo and video files are delivered digitally and are considered final sale.

    •    No refunds will be issued once the files have been downloaded or delivered.

    2.    Watermark Removal

    •    Images purchased without a watermark include personal use rights only.

    •    Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

    3.    Turnaround Time

    •    Standard delivery for edited images is typically 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

    •    Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

    4.    Usage Rights

    •    Purchased images are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

    •    You may print, share, or post online, but you may not resell, alter, or use the images for promotional/advertising purposes without permission.

    5.    Event & Sports Photography

    •    Due to the nature of live events, all sales are final.

    •    LeQacy Photography is not responsible for changes in lighting, venue rules, or unexpected conditions that may affect image quantity or quality.

    6.    Refunds & Cancellations

    •    Refunds are only considered for accidental duplicate orders or technical issues directly caused by our store.

    •    All other sales are non-refundable.
